Capturing the Moments That Make Memories

Your wedding isn’t a day posing in front of a camera. Your wedding should be all about you making that commitment to share your life with the one that you love. It’s a day full of little moments that you will want to remember in years to come.

My style to your wedding photography is relaxed (although that’s what you will see) so you want find me telling you or your guests where to stand or which way to look. I won’t be keeping your guests from the bar while I get the lighting right. I’m not looking to spend hours capturing images that will win me awards. I will be constantly scanning the room though for what is going to happen next. It’s not a ‘fly on the wall’, it’s just me as I fulfill my role as a storyteller documenting your wedding day.

What Will Your Wedding Story Be?

It is your wedding so I will aim to capture all of the moments of your wedding that you would like captured.

For some that may mean me being up at the crack of dawn so I can get those images of the bride or groom as they prepare for the day. For others their story may begin when the bride arrives for the ceremony.

Is your wedding going to a day with everyone around you or will it be a quiet day with close family and friends?

It is you day so whatever you decide is right for you I will work along with what you have planned for your day, capturing your wedding story as is happens.

Without The Wedding Tag Pricing

As a qualified and award winning photographer I could ‘command’ a higher rate for my wedding photography. It is my choice however to make my services affordable to everyone. I don’t do this by skimping on the service, in fact this is where I strive to go above and beyond. I am able to provide these lower prices by working smarter and not insisting that you have items in packages that you don’t want.

My packages include my time at your wedding, the editing of your images and an online gallery for you to view and enjoy your images as you remember the events of your wedding day. For the bride and groom you will then also be given a PIN code which you are then able to use to download your images so that you can print and share them however you like. You are also able to share the gallery with your friends and family so they can also enjoy looking back through the moments of your wedding.

For those looking for more than downloads you are also able to order prints directly from your gallery or ask me to look into providing an album for you.

Ceremony Only

The happy couple are also able to download the images taken directly from the gallery to print or share. If you would prefer professional prints or an album these can be purchased through the online gallery.

My Location

Ridgmont Heritage Centre, Ridgmont, Bedfordshire, MK43 0XP

My studio is based upstairs in the Heritage Centre at Ridgmont Railway Station and nestled within comfortable distance from Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes.

If you haven’t heard of Ridgmont, Bedfordshire before it’s where Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Forest Center Parcs are both hidden away. The Heritage Centre is the old railway station house so to find it just follow the signs for the railway station.

If you are driving the studio is about 2 minutes away from Junction 13 off the M1.

You could also catch the train from either Bletchley, Bedford or any of the other stops along the Marston Vale line.

Wedding Photography – A Gatehouse Wedding

A Bedfordshire Wedding Photographer

For those who know St Alban’s, Hertfordshire you will probably know that the registry office is also know as The Gatehouse. It’s a great venue that I have come to know after being able to capture memories for a few weddings at the venue.

This wedding was one of those beautiful weddings that I had the privilege to attend. The bride looked simply magical and the grooms outfit was great (I really should have asked where he got the suit from).

If you are looking at having a wedding why not visit the website for The Gatehouse (after having a look through the photos first of course).

Wedding Photography – My Friends Wedding

A Bedfordshire Wedding Photographer

It’s always great to go back at look at my friends wedding. It was the one that got me started in wedding photography.

It was a couple of years ago now but I can still remember that feeling of being so nervous and excited at the same time. It’s a feeling that I still have today. With so much going on at a wedding you can’t help being nervous on the way to the venue. It’s only when you arrive and get the camera out that the feeling of excitement begins to come back.

Wedding Photography – The Wedding Garden Party

A Bedfordshire Wedding Photographer

I do like a good garden party so what better way to celebrate a wedding with a garden party, complete with the old school garden games.

With wedding ceremonies still limited in numbers having a separate wedding party could be the way forward. Have a look through these wedding photographs to see how much fun it could be.
